Membership and cancellation details
Your selected membership amount is charged when you join and renews monthly until canceled. Your checkout shows the next billing date, cancellation instructions and access terms. Monthly billing and app access continue during the planned August and December Elevation breaks. Included live attendance requires an active membership on the event date.
One personal coaching session is included when you join: 15 minutes with a Love Specialist for Standard, 55 minutes with a Love Specialist for VIP, or 55 minutes with Shay for Elite VIP. This one-time session is separate from Monday group question participation and is not reissued with monthly renewal.

What do I receive immediately?
Your app access begins at your selected tier. You can start the recorded three-day challenge and find the launch preparation, workbook and career resources in your journey area. CJ Corner is available at your tier, with its unlocked module videos and meditations and the podcast recording library.
When are the live experiences?
BEING H.E.R. is live on October 22, 2026. Love, Intimacy & Healthy Relationships takes place November 3–5, 2026. The event calendar and registration messages provide the confirmed times.
Is the seven-day preparation required?
The preparation helps you arrive with a useful focus. If you join close to the live event, begin where you can and continue the remaining modules afterward.
Which Monday sessions can I attend?
In active months, Standard attends the first training with Shay. VIP and Elite VIP attend all three scheduled trainings. VIP asks questions at one selected session per active month; Elite VIP receives priority question access. Elevation Mondays pause in August and December, while app access continues. All tiers also attend CJ’s quarterly fourth-Monday session. Standard observes; VIP may choose CJ as its one question session that active month; Elite VIP receives priority question access.
How does monthly renewal work?
Your chosen amount is charged when you join and renews monthly until canceled. Your checkout shows the next billing date and cancellation instructions. Access continues through your paid period under the final published terms. Monthly billing continues during the planned August and December Elevation breaks.
Can I join if I am already partnered?
Yes. You can focus on communication, receiving support, intimacy and fulfillment within your current relationship. Dating resources are optional when they do not match your goals.
What if I miss a live session?
Recording availability and access dates are listed on each event page. Check those details to see whether a replay is available for the session you missed.
Does this include private coaching?
Yes. Standard includes one 15-minute session with a Love Specialist. VIP includes one 55-minute session with a Love Specialist. Elite VIP includes one 55-minute session with Shay. This session is included once when you join. Further private sessions and separate transformation programs have their own enrollment terms.
